4. Smart Wallets and EIP-7702

PolyCue utilizes EIP-7702 smart wallets to facilitate secure trade delegation. While this technology enhances security by allowing you to delegate specific trading permissions without sharing your private keys, you remain responsible for the funds in your wallet and the permissions you grant.

5. Fees and Payments

PolyCue may charge fees for access to specific features or as a percentage of trading performance. Current fee structures are outlined on our website or within the application. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time with prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyCue and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss.
